Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft — pending legal review. This is a structural skeleton, not final legal copy. See docs/copy/policies-draft.md and docs/assumed-defaults.md. Do not treat as binding until a CA/legal review is complete.

Full refund if the coach cancels or reschedules the consultation.
One free reschedule per booking, if requested more than 12 hours before the session.
Cancellations more than 12 hours before the session: fully refundable.
Cancellations inside the 12-hour window, or no-shows: non-refundable.
Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

These numbers are the project's current assumed defaults (see docs/assumed-defaults.md) — confirm them with the coach before launch.
