A single 1:1 fitness consultation booking — not a membership or subscription.

The ₹100 fee

A commitment fee that reserves your 30-minute consultation and respects the time committed by both you and Aman — not a purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Booking conduct

One active booking per person at a time. Rescheduling and cancellation rules are covered in our Refund Policy.

This consultation is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program, especially with pre-existing conditions.
